The recently released Smart Tips feature is now easier to access than ever, when viewing a reservation on the Timeline or in the Reservation overview via the Smart detail window. Note: This feature is only available for properties with a Pro or Enterprise subscription.
Your team can view valuable information, such as reservation notes, past stays, and preferences readily from the Timeline, as well as within the guest profile. This makes it easier for you to personalize each guestβs experience.
