🗂️ Streamline your block management with multiple groups and a simplified dashboard.
You can now create availability blocks with multiple reservation groups, enabling you to:
- Save time by managing groups from different companies or agencies in one block.
- Minimize the risk of exceeding the reservation quota per group. Useful when you have contracts with agencies for a longer period, generating a high number of reservations per month.
- Streamline block billing with separate billing items for each group.
When creating an availability block, you can now specify that you want to distribute picked-up reservations in individual groups. This ensures smoother management of group reservations when you have long-term travel agency contracts. Note: You cannot change this configuration after block creation.
To further enhance your block management experience, we also simplified the dashboard and made it more dynamic to:
- Easily access and edit client and block information.
- Directly add notes from the dashboard.
- View in-house, future, past, and canceled group reservations when you have multiple groups.
