SMS Package upgrade: Contact your US guests via text messages! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Following the recent SMS Package release, Mews has been updating capabilities so you and your guests can get the most out of the Mews SMS Package.

The SMS Package, available on Mews Marketplace as an add-on, allows you to send your guests text message reminders for online check-ins. Using the SMS Package not only saves time by streamlining the online check-ins, but also boosts revenue through upselling and cross-selling during online check-in.

Properties using the SMS Package experienced an impressive 20% rise in completed online check-ins and an average ROI of 150% from online check-in upsells.

The United States requires businesses must register before sending text messages to US phone numbers to comply with spam and privacy laws. Rest assured we've got you covered!

  • Send text messages to your US guests: Easily register your brand and campaign to start sending messages to your guests in the United States.
  • Expanded currency support: Now subscribe to the SMS Package in your invoicing currency, including EUR, USD, AUD, CAD and GBP. You can also view the SMS pricelist in your invoicing currency ensuring consistency across all pricing items.

To subscribe to the SMS package with these new features:

  1.  In Mews Operations, click on the main menu > Marketplace, search for the SMS Package.
  2.  Click on Explore > Subscribe.
