See guest surnames first in the Reservation overview for faster, more accurate searches.
The next time you look at your Reservation overview report, you’ll notice that we’ve changed how names are displayed.
Now you’ll see each guest’s surname followed by their first name.
This style of display is more natural for front of house staff to work with, and also yields more accurate results for searches by guest surname.
