Save time with new bill and invoice printing templates.
Save time navigating long bills and minimize wasted paper with our improved default bill layout and new printing templates. Read more about this update below.
Now, when you want to print or email a bill or invoice to your customers, you can:
- Save scrolling time. A new, optimized design of the previous default template, now named “Detailed overview”, gives the summary at the beginning.
- Group items for concise bills. Choose the new “Overview by date” or the “Overview by reservation” printing templates to group items by consumption date or reservation. This provides you with a shorter bill that your customer can review quickly to avoid potential confusion.
- View the “Consumption overview” for a reservation. Although not a fiscal document, this provides a general overview of all items your guests reserve and consume during their stay. This is especially helpful when you have a large group reservation.
Note: The “Consumption overview“ template is not available in France due to legal requirements.
