In June, we rolled out hourly services in Mews Operations, letting you offer services, such as meeting rooms, parking spots, and co-working desks, on an hourly basis.
Now, you can promote your hourly services via the Booking Engine or during online check-in and let guests book hourly services on their own in the βEnhance your stayβ section.
With this feature, you can:
- Save your staff up to 4 minutes in manual tasks per reservation.
- Offer guests more control and flexibility over their stay.
- Manage your services more effectively by offering multiple bookings in the same day.
- Maximize your revenue opportunities by promoting hourly services, such as meeting rooms, along with stays.
- Currently, guests can only book hourly services promoted for their main stay reservation.
- Guests can book hourly services only once per stay, in hourly time slots, for one or more full hours, for example, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
