🔁 Override rate restrictions with total confidence and clarity.
Trying to create a reservation but the rate is restricted? That changes today.
Now, when staff with the “Override restrictions” permission are booking a reservation, they can view the reason and the type of restriction, and then decide whether to override it.
What’s new:
- Overridable restrictions: Restricted rates are clearly marked, so you can override them when creating or editing a reservation.
- Informed decision-making: Before completing the reservation, view restriction details such as dates, types and any exceptions, to improve transparency and minimize mistakes.
- Better overview: On the Timeline, see if rates are restricted and open the restrictions page for details. To override and book, you’ll be redirected to the New Reservation screen, where the full override process happens.
Now, reservations teams can act with full visibility when overriding rates.
