Offer your guests flexible payment options for online check-in.
You can now offer your guests more flexibility with payments during online check-in. When checking in online, guests can decide if they want to pay now or pay on schedule.
Guests can select from the following options:
- Pay now: To settle their outstanding payment all at once and cross it off their to-do list, or
- Pay on schedule: To follow the automatic payment schedule that you set up.
Giving your guests the freedom to pay ahead of schedule not only helps minimize stress on the day of arrival, but also helps reduce chargeback claims so both staff and guests can breathe easier.
