The introduction of the Digital Key marks a significant step forward in making guest stays smoother and operations more efficient. Guests can easily set up a digital key during their online check-in process.
Once set up, the system automatically activates the key at their designated check in time. Guests get direct room access without requiring any staff physical interaction, simplifying both the guest experience and staff workloads.
Note: The Digital Key is currently only available for iOS devices, Android is launching shortly.
How it works:
- Guests opt for a digital key during online check-in.
- The guests’ device downloads the app in background after a few simple steps without needing to visit the app store.
- They can then share the digital key with other reservation members.
