Previously, when automatic payments landed in unpaid items and deposits, it created extra work for your team. But not anymore.
With our new routing logic, payments now follow the reservations and items they cover on the correct bill and across profiles – automatically and by default. No more hunting down rogue payments or manually updating billing.

What’s new:
💸 Payments processed by a Payment Policy now go straight to the correct bill.
🧾 If a reservation’s items have been moved, the payment follows them—whether to a guest or company bill.
🏦 Deposits added by the system are now smartly routed too—no more guessing.
🧩 For complex cases like VCCs or company billing, routing just got a lot smarter.
