๐Ÿ” Now ask only guests with unpaid bookings for a payment card during online check-in.

Some guests donโ€™t complete online check-in because theyโ€™re asked to enter a payment cardโ€”even when their accommodation is already paid for or booked under a corporate account.

Now, you can choose not to ask guests booking with certain rate groups for payment details during online check-in, such as:

  • Corporate stays where the company handles all charges.
  • Fully prepaid bookings where no extra charges, such as minibar can apply.
  • Properties that donโ€™t require a card on file can check in guests without it.

This ensures completed online check-ins through a smoother, more flexible guest experience.


Whatโ€™s new:

  • No unnecessary payment steps: Guests who have already paid or donโ€™t need a card on file are not asked for one, helping reduce online check-in drop-offs.
  • More control: Configure this setting at the rate group level, with extra customization for rate-level exceptions if youโ€™re on Pro or Enterprise subscription.
