The latest Kiosk improvement helps reduce guest confusion during registration.
The scanner can now extract data from a greater variety of documents which helped guests decrease registration time by 30 seconds during a recent pilot.
Previously, the Kiosk prevented certain documents, such as driver’s licences or US identification cards, from being scanned.
The improved interface automatically extracts information from the ID when it obtains a clear image.
Guests no longer need to hold the ID in position while pressing a button on the screen.
