No more struggling to review complex group invoices. The new group invoicing layout simplifies billing for group reservations, making it easier for your customers to check charges and stay within agreed spending limits.

Previously, guest charges were scattered across pages, making it hard to verify details. Now, every charge is neatly grouped by guest for quick and accurate review.

Note: The new group invoicing layout can work correctly only if you link products to the relevant reservations. If you do not link products to a reservation, Mews adds them to the end of the bill without grouping by guest.

• Subtotal per guest: Easily verify charges against account limits.
• Organized by stay details: The new Overview by guest bill format groups items by guest, reservation, consumption date, and item type.
