We've improved how you manage picked-up reservations within availability blocks, cutting time and clicks by half.

• Early check-ins for picked-up reservations: If your guests arrive early and their room is ready, you can now instantly check them in. The system instantly updates the reservation start time and generates the door key in seconds.
• Easily change spaces or space categories: Whether a guest wants a room upgrade, or you need to change their space category for any reason, you can now update the picked-up reservation directly from the Status tab in the reservations management screen. Note: Only employees with Overbook spaces permissions can perform this action.

These updates simplify the front office experience and help you upsell groups to higher space categories faster.
