Check out our latest updates to the Guests in house report to improve usability and provide you with an even more comprehensive overview of your property and guests.

Previously, the report did not include reservation balance data. Now, you can view this directly in the report, as well as enjoy more filter options.

What’s new:

• Room numbers for companions included in exported report: The exported excel report now includes room numbers for companions in the Customers tab under the Space number column. This provides a complete account of guest assignments for emergency situations, such as a fire.
• Filter reservations by products consumed: You can now filter to show only reservations with specific products consumed to quickly generate concise, product-specific reports.
• Payment balance-related data columns: Two new payment balance-related columns; Preauthorizations and Balance including preauthorizations. You can use these to review essential reservation balance data, directly within the report.

💡 Note: Currently, the Guests in house report is not directly printable. To print, export the report to Excel and print from there.
