Gone are the days of broad, one-size-fits-all access. Now, you can give every user exactly the level of access they need—helping reduce over-privileged users and keeping control where it belongs. Whether you're managing one property or a full portfolio, roles bring structure to complexity, so you always know who can do what. And this is just the beginning, with even more granular permissions coming soon.
Note:
- Existing users keep their current access—no disruptions
- Classic permissions remain visible during transition, with more granular controls gradually replacing them
- New granular permissions override classic ones
- All classic setups are mirrored to maintain behavior
- You can review and adjust access gradually
- Individual permissions will be decommissioned, with a migration tool to help you move to roles
