Using Vouchers strategically can help increase revenue, improve customer loyalty, and enhance marketing opportunities. Plus, they give you more flexibility to manage promotions and discounts.

That’s why we’ve improved the vouchers view to make managing vouchers easier.

This updated view includes:

• New default view: Public vouchers are now shown by default, improving page performance, and loading times for large enterprises with multiple vouchers.
• Filters : View vouchers by type: “Public”, “Company”, “Travel Agency”, or “All”. Filter by Company or Travel agency.
• Reservation from – Reservation to: Set stay dates to add booking restrictions to promotions.
• Assigned rates: Check the rates assigned to the voucher.
• Booking Engine URL: Click the URL link on the voucher code to go directly to the Booking Engine. Checking voucher functionality has never been easier.

The vouchers section of your bookable service shows only public vouchers as default. To view company or travel agency vouchers, you can search by company or travel agency in the relevant search bars.

• When creating a new reservation, the New reservation screen displays public vouchers only. 
• On assigning a Company or Travel agency to the reservation, if there is a voucher attached to it, Mews automatically displays the rates assigned to the company or travel agency voucher also. 
• You don't need to select the specific voucher anymore.
