Mews enhances payment efficiency with options to link various payment methods directly to reservations. This enhancement simplifies your payment handling, especially for guests with multiple reservations on their profile.

The update aims to overcome complexities in payment allocation, ensuring accurate final bills and sets the right foundations for our new ledger reporting framework.

To improve user experience, we’ve also revamped the payment processing flow and updated the payment screens in Mews Operations. The new user experience enhances the efficiency, security, and accuracy of processing Mews Payments and recording external payments.

• Simplified payment identification for bill closure, refunds and reconciliations.
• Boosted front desk productivity with quicker payment and bill processing.
• Securely manage all payment actions and quickly monitor the payment status of all reservation charges.
• Send payment links with prefilled amounts directly from the billing screen. This allows logical tracking and status updates within the same interface.
• Mews records payments on the reservation bill, displaying the payment status, detail, and type.
