Less guesswork, more transparency: Track changes to individual bills with a new Action log.
Ever wondered what changes were made to a specific bill? Or who made them?
You can now view and track all changes made to an individual bill by clicking on the Action log icon. You can also view the details of a specific bill item by clicking on the "info" icon.
Access the new Action log from:
- The customer’s billing tab
- A closed bill
- Group billing
This update can save you time by eliminating guesswork and manual change tracking. Your team will benefit from the increased transparency of your billing operations.
