🚀 Launching the System for Cross-Domain Identity Management (SCIM) tool to optimize your user management processes!
We're excited to launch SCIM user provisioning, a new feature as part of the Mews User access package, which includes SSO and SCIM, designed to transform how you manage user access in Mews. This innovation automates user management processes, increases operational efficiency and strengthens security.
Previously, user management was a laborious process requiring regular updates. Now, you can centrally control your user access from one place, your Entra ID identity provider, to quickly manage users and efficiently control access to Mews.

- Effortless automation: Automatically sync users with their properties, roles, cashiers, learning paths and guest messages, saving time and reducing administrative burden.
- Enhanced security: Keep your systems secure with capabilities to instantly add or remove users, ensuring only current employees have access.
- Reduced manual efforts: Significantly cut down on manual, error-prone processes involved in user role assignment, such as user onboarding and assignment, ongoing access control and off-boarding.
- Scalable user management: Easily extend user management to new properties and systems as your business grows, without complicating existing workflows. Now, manage your users in one place via your Identity Provider (IdP), as you do with your other software that supports SCIM.
Note: SCIM is available for all Mews clients and is purchasable as part of the Mews User Access package, which includes SSO and SCIM. Contact your Customer Success agent to purchase, then enable SCIM via the Security screen in your Mews account.
