🔄 Know your guests better: Returning guest insights on the Timeline.
Say hello to better guest recognition! The returning guest icon on the Timeline, which already highlights returning guests, is now improved. Now it also displays the total number of past stays of your guests at your chain or individual property, to help you recognize and reward guest loyalty with ease.
What’s new:
- Richer guest insights: The returning guest icon now also displays total past stays, helping staff instantly recognize loyal guests.
- Personalized service made easy: Quickly identify repeat guests and tailor their experience with confidence.
- Faster decisions, fewer clicks: Key guest insights are now right on the Timeline, no extra steps needed.
