Announcing the new Match and merge function in Mews Operations! Manually searching for and merging matching guest profiles used to be time-consuming and error-prone. Now, with this new Match and merge feature, Mews automatically identifies and suggests matching guest profiles, making profile management faster and more accurate.

What’s new:

• Automatic profile matching: The system detects matching guest profiles using key details like Name, Email, and Phone number.
• Less manual effort: No need for manual searches, Mews suggests matching profiles for you!
• Improved data accuracy: Keep guest data consistent by merging matching profiles.
• Better guest experiences: Accurate guest profiles help staff deliver a better, more personalized service.
