Guests can present their card once and it’s tokenized, added to their profile, and ready to be charged with a single click at any time.

The direct connection between the new terminal, Mews Payments and Mews Operations means transactions are immediately processed and visible, which simplifies your revenue management.

To request a Mews Terminal, contact your customer success representative and benefit from the following:

• Omnichannel tokenization: Create a frictionless experience for your guests. Once the property receives an initial payment from the guest, Mews tokenizes the card and saves it to the guest's profile. You can use the card provided for incidental purposes. 
• Central reconciliation: Cut out the third party and easily manage payouts and refunds. Consolidating payment processing into a single platform keeps your books in order.
• Automated payments: Time is money. Save it by initiating a payment or preauthorization directly from Mews Operations. Easily increase the preauthorization amount you've already set up.
• Cost optimization: Secure payments with lower fees. Card-present or face-to-face transactions have lower interchange fees than online transactions.

Note:

• For a limited time, properties with an existing Mews Terminal can upgrade for free and continue to pay the same recurring monthly cost.
• Currently, Mews Terminal 2.0 functions only with Mews Operations. Connection to Mews Kiosk coming soon!
