πŸš€ Improve security while minimizing front desk queues with guest ID scan and photo verification.

Guests can now take a verification photo or scan their ID during kiosk and online check-in to confirm their identity. What used to mean waiting in line or managing third party apps now just takes a moment. Set up either option, or both to give guests a fully independent check in process without compromising on security.

Note:

  • You need to have the β€œAdvanced Guest Experience” as part of your contract to use guest ID scan and photo verification.
  • This feature is optional, ensure you use it in compliance with your local applicable data protection laws.


What’s new:

  • Total customization: Choose which ID types you want to request, from which guests and whether to store them in the guest profile.
  • Faster, smoother check ins: ID scans autofill the guest’s check in form, which means no typing, no third party apps and no delays.
  • Full data control: Decide how long to keep ID scans and verification photos after check out.
  • Increased security: Reduce fraud, chargebacks and security risks by confirming identities without slowing down check in.

With easier guest verification you can free up your front desk staff for more important tasks.
