Enhanced User management in Mews Operations is here! 🤩
We've made improvements to how you manage users in Mews, including replacing the term "Employees" with "Users”, and a newly improved “Users” screen. This update, along with various other improvements, delivers an enhanced user management experience in Mews. Managing user permissions, access, and roles in Mews Operations is now seamless, and more intuitive than before!
What are the improvements?
- Enhanced system performance:
- Supervisor set up: Set up supervisors without restricting the role or permissions of those who report directly to them.
- Streamlined User management processes: Simplifies user-related tasks for effortless administration.
- Revamped "Users" interface: Now interactive, with added functionalities, such as:
- Quick search: Easily locate users by name or email, enhancing efficiency.
- Advanced filtering options: Find users filtered by supervisors, roles, permissions, for rapid access to user capabilities.
- Perform bulk actions: Execute multiple tasks simultaneously through multi-select functionality, thus saving time.
- Comprehensive User list: No more missing users, view the complete list if you have the appropriate permissions.
- Last login data: Identify inactive users with a quick glance from their last login information.
- Enhanced security measures: Our newly implemented restrictions ensure the highest level of security.
- Enhanced central users visibility: If you're part of a portfolio, you can now access a dedicated tab to gain an overview of user permissions across your entire portfolio.
