Mews

Mews is dedicated to continually help enhance your guest experience with our products. Since the launch of the new Mews Kiosk in October, we've focused on refining its functionality to ensure a more efficient and engaging interaction for both you and your guests.

Here are the features available with the Mews Kiosk version 4.6.2 update:

• Simpler screensaver links: It’s now easier to add a personal touch to Kiosk with your own screensaver video. The Kiosk configuration now supports more links than before.
• ID scan in Staff mode: If you didn’t have this feature in Staff mode before, you can now fill in your guest’s check in form automatically using the ID scan feature.

• Copy address functionality: For legal environments that require detailed information from all guests, such as in Spain, large groups can conveniently duplicate a shared address, with the copy address feature reducing time spent on data entry as well as minimizing errors.

• Product overview on reservation details screen: You can now view any included products directly in the reservation details screen, so you and your guests know what to expect.

• Simplified check in form: The check in form now has buttons instead of certain dropdowns to enhance navigation. We’ve also made data entry more intuitive. Real-time validation of data ensures accuracy, providing a more seamless experience for both staff and guests.

• Streamlined check in: If your guests have already signed a registration card during online check-in, the Mews Kiosk recognizes this, allowing your guests a quicker arrival experience.
