Gone are the days of fragmented guest experiences! With our latest Guest Portal update, guests now have seamless access to personalized stay options, and properties can drive more revenueβ€”all from one convenient place.

Guests can now customize their stay by booking hourly servicesβ€”like meeting rooms or day-use spaces, and more, directly in the Guest Portal.

What’s new:

  • Service promotions in online check-in (OCI): Guests can now browse and book services such as, parking, meeting rooms, bike rentals during online check-in with options for hourly, daily, or nightly bookings, all conveniently displayed under one trip on the portal homepage.
  • Easy cancellations: Guests who booked directly can review cancellation policies and, if eligible, cancel directly through the portal, no calls or emails needed.
  • Skip cleaning and plant a tree: Reduce costs and improve housekeeping efficiency with the Hotels for Trees integration, where guests staying 2-3 nights can opt out of cleaning to help the environment.
