Enable long-stay guests to book partial months and pay for the exact duration of their stay.🗓
Previously, the monthly services supported only full-month reservations, which led to extra staff effort and inflexible guest billing.
Now, you can allow guests to book partial months and pay based on their stay duration by enabling the “Proportional charging of partial months” option for your monthly services and their associated products. Once you enable the option, Mews applies the prorated price to new reservations.

- Simplify the creation of long-stay reservations: Automatically calculate the prorated price for monthly services and their associated products when booking long-stays. No need for manual adjustments for partial months, decreasing your staff’s workload.
- Transparent billing: Your guests can now pay for the actual duration of their stay, fostering satisfaction and trust.
- Optimize space allocation: Promptly release reserved areas following departure, maximize space management efficiency, and boost flexibility in selling your spaces. Observe your real-time occupancy with the consolidated daily view in the Availability and Occupancy report.
Note: This does not impact existing reservations unless you manually change reservation details, such as the start or end date, in which case the new price applies.
