We've made the send time for Online Check-out emails customizable, so now you can choose the best time to send these emails to guests.
Previously, Online Check-out emails were sent to guests at 5pm the day before their check-out. But we understand that each property is unique. Want to add that night's dinner to guest bills before the emails go out? Just schedule them to send later in the evening. Whatever the reason, the choice is yours.
