Previously, bills and invoices displayed the product category of the products ordered in your restaurant, via Mews POS. The lack of product details led to instances of guest confusion, and extra manual investigation when guests inquired about items on the receipt.
Now, bills and invoices include the product name for every item your guests ordered, ensuring clarity and transparency requiring no additional effort from your receptionist.
What's new:
Bills in Mews Operations now display all guest ordered restaurant items: Your guests and staff can easily review each item on the bill, with no extra effort for manual research.
Quick access to receipts and signatures: Easily open Mews POS receipts to view guests’ signatures, from the Accounting report or by clicking the shortened URL on your bill.
