🔄️ Automatically create and assign bills in Mews Operations.
The new billing automation solution for Mews Operations is here! Billing automation enables you to configure rules to automatically create bills and assign them to specific owners according to the schedule and conditions you specify. Note: ‘Billing automation’ replaces the functionality previously referred to as ‘Routing rules’ in Mews Operations.
Previously, billing automations would only trigger on the creation of a reservation. There was no option to configure these automations to run continuously, or on a specific schedule
With this new billing automation solution, you can now set up automation rules to continuously route billable items to the correct individual or company bill every time you add an item to a reservation.
What’s more, you can now create recurring automations to create and assign bills on a monthly schedule.
What's new:
- Continuous or monthly billing: Choose continuous billing automation to bill guests or companies the moment you add an item to a reservation. Or set your billing automation to trigger on a monthly schedule, ideal for long-stay guests!
- Complete control over what’s billed: Configure your billing automation to only include the products and services which you specify.
- Smart conflict detection: Mews checks for overlapping billing rules, ensuring streamlined rule creation without rule conflicts.
- One rule, many use cases: You can now create a single rule which applies to multiple services, companies, travel agencies, or rates. No more re-creating rules for each company or use case.
