We've simplified the process of planning housekeeping by providing you with the option to automatically remove current assignees from the Space Status report at midnight.
Previously, the Space status report maintained the name of the user assigned to each space from the previous day. This sometimes caused confusion when planning upcoming housekeeping.
Now, when you've enabled automatic removal, the Space Status report will be cleared of current assignees at midnight, giving you a clearer view of housekeeping duties that need to be completed the next day.
You can enable or disable automatic removal of previous assignees in your property's settings.
