Weβve upgraded the Guests in house report in Mews! Previously, there were limited filtering options to group and identify guests, making it challenging to navigate the report.
Now, enjoy greater filtering functionality, you can filter by guest classifications, search terms, loyalty status, and more, for a more efficient experience.
- Advanced search and filter: Quickly find and group specific guests by their classification, service type, status, or product consumption.
- User-friendly design: Improved usability with an upgraded design, data divided into multiple pages with new sorting and filtering options.
- Loyalty data: Easily view and filter by loyalty tiers such as gold and platinum. Note: If you configure your loyalty program with Mews, you can now find your guestβs loyalty status displayed in a new column.
- Separate tabs: Access two distinct reports, the Reservations tab to view guest data per reservations, and Space block to view all house-use reservations, or any Out of Order restrictions placed on a room. This new layout reduces information overload.
