Allow non-admins to view and manage Mail queue items for superior customer service.

Empower your Front Desk and Reservation agents to create positive guest experiences with our new View and manage mail queue items employee permission.

Previously, employees needed admin permissions to view the Mail queue. Now you can select View and manage mail queue items from the list of employee permissions in Mews Operations to give your staff a comprehensive understanding of guest communication history.

Employees can view the Mail queue to quickly gather information about reservations, confirmations, payments, and any special arrangements made before guests arrive.

To manage your employees' permissions:

  • In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Settings > Employees.
To view the Mail queue:
  • In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Queues > Mail.
