🔄 Adjust products automatically by applying product rules to individual rates in availability blocks.
Modifying an availability block to accommodate customer requests such as adding or replacing products typically requires manual updates for each reservation.
Previously, you could automate this only by applying product rules to an entire rate group. This would apply the rule to all newly picked-up reservations in all blocks using that rate group.
Now you can create and apply product rules to a particular availability block rate. This gives your staff increased flexibility and convenience in managing group reservations.
What’s new:
In Mews Operations, you can now apply product rules to rates used by specific availability blocks. This helps you to:
- Reduce manual effort: Automatically add or replace products for each new picked-up reservation within an individual block.
- Minimize errors: Guarantee the addition of all products, eliminating potential guest complaints.
Note: Product rules apply only to reservations picked up after creating the rule for your block.
