You can now add notes to reservations faster than ever. Save time when taking reservations on the phone, or in person, while enjoying a smoother booking experience. And no more writing paper notes! Read more about this update below.
Previously, you had to scroll down on the screen to find the Notes section. Now we’ve moved this section to the top of the Properties tab so you can easily add information about the reservation, such as the reservation purpose, payment information, or special requirements of the guest.
