We've added a new Notes section to the Internals tab of the Customer management screen within Mews Operations for clearer internal communication and more effective guest management.
This additional section is more clearly readable, offering better defined categorization, and note details to help you quickly access important customer information.
In this Notes section, you can:
- Add and categorize notes
- Edit or delete notes
- View note creation details, including date, time, and author
The benefits include:
- Enhanced guest experience: Note categories give you important information at a glance to better prepare for your guests.
- Better guest management: Navigate notes faster with key categories such as "Food and beverage" and "Gifts."
- Clear internal communication: Seamlessly transfer information about guest requirements among staff.
Note: This feature currently applies to newly created notes only. Your existing notes in the Guest profile notes field remain visible and unaffected by this update.You can learn more about managing the new Notes section here.
