Introducing a transformative global search that redefines the way you search data in Mews Operations. Previously, finding accurate search results was lengthy and time-consuming. Now, the new global search, provides access to all relevant data in a sleek and efficient manner, so you spend less time navigating Mews and more time engaging with your guests.

What’s new:

• Enhanced information display: View detailed results, such as guest emails and reservation dates, to quickly find the right record.
• Favorites and shortcuts: Save and pin frequently searched terms and use keyboard shortcuts to access common tasks effortlessly. 
• Partial and flexible matching: Find records with flexible phone number formats and partial name matches, regardless of letter case or language-based accents. 
• Prioritized results: See in-house guests first, followed by the most relevant results based on your search.
