🔁A faster way to get overdue invoices paid in Mews Operations.
Tired of chasing unpaid invoices? Until now, payment links were included only with the first invoice. We've changed that to include them in all reminder emails, single as well as bulk reminders, so guests pay with fewer delays.
Note: if you have customised your Invoice reminder template, ensure you edit it to include the new payment link button!
What’s new:
Payment links in all reminders: Every reminder email now includes a payment link, so you can collect overdue payments more easily.
Links in single invoice reminders and attachments: No matter how you send the reminder, the link is always included—either in the email or the attached invoice.
One link per invoice: When reminding about multiple invoices, each one includes its own unique payment link to keep things simple and accurate.
Automatic reconciliation: Once a guest pays through the link, the system closes the invoice and reconciles the invoice automatically—no manual work needed.
No more chasing payments or resending links—just more ways to get paid with less admin.
